Favorite Thanksgiving Food?

Thought it would be interesting to learn what specialty foods people enjoy on Thanksgiving. (For any Canadian forum members, that should be past tense, as they've already enjoyed their Thanksgiving for this year).
And I'll suggest we avoid the obvious choices of Turkey and Squab.

Mine would be the turkey. Not just turkey, but with the homemade bread stuffing from the old days. Haven't had it for many years, but I can still taste it when I think of it.
I can vividly remember back in the early 70's, I went over to my ma's house and she taught me to make breaded stuffing. I made a wicked big bowl of it. In fact, I could of probably stuffed a couple of birds with the amount that I had made.
Well, on the way home (about 25 miles), my hand was in the bowl more than on the steering wheel. The next morning when I went to stuff the bird, there was not enough stuffing. haha Ah, but it was so good raw!!!
I know this was another 'old' post that I just brought to life and I hope that no one minds..
Thank you for letting me share one of my 'life' events.
