Hot days=good evening fishing

Every morning I check this board, and its been quite. Not much going on to get us stirred up. I cant say I've been doing much, though, either. I may get to go eel fishing this weekend. If I do, I'll fill you all into the event. Its supposed to be in the 90's this weekend so its a great time to fish in the late evening and after dark. If you have time, these are the nights to night fish. If its hot and muggy, then theres a good chance that the lakes will be dead calm. If eels or horned pout aren't your game, then white perch fishing could be for you.
I'll check back in on Monday...go fishing you bums...!!.

Ya... been real quiet on here lately. I'm guessing its just the nice weather and everyone is out and enjoying it.

My 4 year old daughter caught an eel the other day. It wasn't good, as it scared her away from fishing. I am going to try again Tues.

Thats great that she caught one! Well, eel fishing isn't for all, so maybe an evening perch fishing would be better. At least you took her and she got to experience it. I'm not sure if there is a four year old that wouldn't be afraid of an eel, anyway. The best way to kill interest in fishing is taking a kid to a place where you dont catch anything. Good luck....I'm jealous.
