The private message feature has been enabled again.

I have installed the MOD that will limit who has access to this feature until you reach 100 posts. Once you have 100 posts on the site you'll automatically get full access to send PMs. Anyone with less then 100 posts will only be able to read and reply to messages that others have sent.
