There is a new photo album program on the forum now. You can post images for everone to view in your own album. This system also has a rating and comment addition so visitors can rate and comment on your photos.

If you mean can you hot linking to the images for use on other sites... the answer would be no. This would be a huge drain on bandwidth. You may provide links to the photo album or individual image.
