Neutral Sorry to say that;
The only 'speedy return to the homeland' I foresee is
to the family cemetary in Dyer Brook, Maine.

My great Uncle helped build the steeple in the late 1800's.
(It had been removed for rebuilding when this pic was taken)

He carved his initials and date inside of it.

Also: My Grandmother was the first teacher in Dyer Brook.

Indeed I do.

All of the Mitford sisters were quite bright. That was particularly true of Nancy Mitford, Unity's sister.

Neutral It appears that Nancy Mitford (the oldest sister) never knew true love in her life.

[excerpt]

‘If one can't be happy one must be amused don't you agree? ' Nancy wrote to a friend.

It could stand as the motto for her life.

She hid her deepest feelings behind a sparkling flow of jokes and witty turns of phrase, and was the star of any gathering.

Childless and unfulfilled in love she may have been, but Nancy found huge success as a writer.

Her fifth novel, 'The Pursuit of Love' (1945), was a phenomenal best seller and made her financially independent for the first time.

[end excerpt]

Yes, they were altogether a talented family.

Unity's other sister was said to be one of the most beautiful women in Britain.

Some explain Unity's actions as motivated by a sort of rivalry with her sisters.

I would say Unity was the most beautiful of the four of them.

True, true, true.

The spirit is always more important than the body.

I would say her spirit was much more beautiful than her body.

That was the point of the song which started this whole discussion.

But where's the baby?

Glenn Beck?

No, I am saying that if Adolf and Unity had a daughter, Ann Coulter could be a likely prospect.

Beck, perhaps not as much.
