This was pretty interesting from one of those links Sassy posted: (by the way the link didn't work correctly)

The secretive Order of Skull and Bones exists only at Yale. Fifteen juniors are "tapped" each year by the seniors to be initiated into next year's group. Some say each initiate is given $15,000 and a grandfather clock. Far from being a campus fun-house, the group is geared more toward the success of its members in the post-collegiate world.

Media

I really do think that the sk is involved somehow in / with the media. We only hear what they want us to hear/read.

If I remember right, I heard since I was a child, or when I was a child, and my dad would not buy us a tv because "it is owned by the government, and you will only hear what they want you to know". It was drilled into my head........ Confused: :!:

That is a terrible way to go through life thinking... Never mind. You may think I am working for the secret government.

Media

Homer....do you think that the media tells you all the news? I think you should believe otherwise.

And now that I am done having fun...I really think that you know better than to believe that the media tells you the whole story. They also choose the news that is most important to their agenda.

And yes...although the government is for us...by us...I tend to be paranoid when it comes to the sk, especially after reading the whole thing.

The media manufactures the news. They tell you exactly what they want you to hear. Ever see them cover a story that you have personal experience with? If you have you know what I mean.
