Coping with the high price of oil?

With oil hitting another record today I couldn't help but wonder how people are getting by. Luckily its May and not the middle of January so heating oil shouldn't be a concern. Are the increased prices at the pump actually causing you to change your summer plans or driving habits?

Oil soars to settle above $133

Oil prices hit a fourth straight closing record Wednesday - shooting over $133 a barrel - after the government said crude and gasoline stockpiles decreased last week, surprising analysts who were expecting an increase.

U.S. light crude for July delivery settled at $133.17 a barrel, up $4.19, on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Prior to the 10:30 a.m. ET report, oil was down 29 cents to $128.69.

Not much of a problem for me.... so far. The price of gas has been a little concern but we've decided to not travel as much or to go far this summer.

Wait until the winter rolls around. If you thought there seemed to be a large segment of the state that struggled to pay for heat... we haven't seen anything yet.

I've been looking at getting a pellet stove.
and from what the salesmen have told me there sales of pellet stoves are booming considering that this is there usual slow time.
most stoves are on back order 6 weeks or more.
