I'm Mike. How's it going?

I forgot my previous username and password so I decided to re-register (is that a word? Google doesn't seem to think so. I'm going with it though.

Anyhoo, I think I used to be "lunchbox" but I can't seem to find any post by a poster with such a name.

So, after looking for friends on esoteric-specific forums (star trek, star wars, science fiction et al), I've come to the sad realization that no one from Maine likes Star Trek or science fiction and you have to be from somewhere like NYC, Chicago, Miami or LA to meet up with folks with similar interests. That's why I'm here - to hopefully make friends who share some common interests.

In previous years it has slowed down quite a bit in the summer. Though its been like this for a while. I'm not sure why.. but I really don't have the time to try and figure it out. Business has been great this year and unfortunately this site has taken a back seat for the time being.
