Sexual Assault Support Services of Midcoast Maine is a non-profit who supports survivors of sexual assault and concerned others on our 24 hour hotline (1-800-822-5999).
We are seeking individuals who would like to volunteer on our 24 hour crisis line. No experience necessary, we will train you! You must be 18 years old, and a caring person. We do have some stipends available for weekend shifts.

I want to let you know that SASSMM does accept men as volunteers. Since there are 10 centers in Maine that work with survivors of sexual assault, you may be getting SASSMM confused with the center that serves where you live.
